2. What we collect
Our enquiry form and chat assistant prepare an email in your own email app. This website does not send or store those details. We receive them only if you press Send in your email app: your name, email address, mobile number, whether the enquiry is for you or your organisation, your organisation’s name, the course or learning area you are interested in, anything you write about your goals, and whether you ticked the box for marketing emails.
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send us. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless we ask for it and explain why it is needed.
Our website host processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the website.
If you enrol in a programme, we also keep the details needed to run it, such as attendance, assessment results and certificates.
3. Chat assistant and cookies
“Ask Mantrana” is a guided assistant that runs in your browser, not an AI service. What you type stays in your browser unless you choose to send it to us by email.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your enquiry and discuss suitable learning options. If you enrol, we use it to arrange the booking, send programme information, record attendance and assessment outcomes, issue certificates where applicable, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Marketing emails
We send emails about new courses and upcoming batches only if you tick the separate box on the enquiry form. It is optional, and your enquiry is handled the same way either way. You can stop these emails at any time by emailing info@mantranaedutech.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
7. Learners and data outside India
We work with learners around the world. Our service providers may store or process your information outside India, including in the United States. If you live outside India, the law where you live may give you additional rights.
8. How long we keep it, and security
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or programme, and for any period the law requires, such as for accounting records and certificates. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email info@mantranaedutech.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need enough information to identify your record, and we respond to complaints within 7 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority that applies to you.
