These terms cover your use of this website and the way enquiries and bookings are handled. A course proposal, booking confirmation or other written agreement may include terms specific to that programme.
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Programmes and website information
The course directory and practice areas help you explore learning topics. A listing is not a guarantee that a particular course, trainer, date, format, price or certification is currently available. We confirm the programme scope, delivery format, schedule, fees, prerequisites and credential issuer before you commit.
Certification requirements depend on the programme. For programmes that are not accredited by an external certification body, Mantrana issues its certificate after the learner completes the programme and achieves at least 65% in the online end-of-training assessment. If a programme is accredited by an external certification body, that body’s current eligibility, examination and certification rules apply. We do not guarantee a pass in an external examination.
3. Enquiries and enrolment
Sending an enquiry through this website is a request for information. It does not create an enrolment or any obligation to pay. An enrolment is confirmed only through the written booking or order process that Mantrana provides for that programme.
Before you pay, the confirmation states the learner or organisation, programme, schedule, delivery format, total amount payable with any taxes or charges, how to pay, the cancellation terms, and any third-party examination or registration fees.
4. Delivery, attendance and completion
Programmes are instructor-led, delivered live online or in a classroom. We work with learners and organisations in India and around the world, and we confirm the format, location or joining instructions, schedule and attendance expectations for each programme.
All course material is shared as soft copy. Training is a service, so nothing is shipped to you and there are no goods to exchange.
For corporate programmes, the accepted proposal or statement of work describes the agreed scope, participants, trainer, schedule, delivery responsibilities and commercial terms.
5. Fees and payment
Fees shown on this website are in Indian rupees for learners in India, and exclude GST, which is additional as applicable. For learners elsewhere, we confirm the fee in writing. Your confirmed fee and payment instructions are set out in writing before a booking is accepted. This website does not currently take online payments. If online checkout is added later, the checkout page will show the total and key booking terms before you pay.
Payment processing, where offered, may be provided by a third-party payment provider. Mantrana never asks learners to send card numbers or payment credentials by email.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how to change or cancel a booking, how refund requests are decided, and what happens if Mantrana changes a programme.
7. Partners and trademarks
Our PeopleCert courses, including ITIL® and PRINCE2®, are provided by our partner Ducis Management Consulting Private Limited, an Accredited Training Organisation of PeopleCert. Mantrana arranges these courses as a reseller and is not itself a PeopleCert Accredited Training Organisation.

Other course and certification names on this website may be trademarks of their respective owners. Mantrana is an independent training company and is not endorsed by these organisations unless stated.
8. Website content and acceptable use
Website text, visual design, course directory data, brand assets and other materials are owned by Mantrana or used with permission. You may use the website for personal information and legitimate business enquiries. You must not copy, redistribute, alter or commercially exploit website materials without written permission, except where the law permits it.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, access systems without permission, upload malicious code, or use the website to mislead or harm others.
9. External services and links
This website may link to third-party websites or services, including WhatsApp, certification bodies and payment providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. Mantrana is not responsible for content or services controlled by third parties.

11. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law that applies to you.
12. Complaints and grievances
To raise a complaint or grievance, email info@mantranaedutech.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. We respond to complaints within 7 days. We reply to general enquiries within 1 business day.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update website information and these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms displayed when you make a booking, together with your written booking confirmation, apply to that booking.
